No kidding, denuvo made me stop buying games every time because I just detest it and what it stands for. Also, boggles resources way too much (and no, having a root kit is a no no for me). But more importantly, single player games with denuvo is the ultimate low.
The fact denuvo can make a 20+ year old port run like garbage is especially impressivly bad. It’s sometimes hard to avoid, but usually it gets dropped because it’s a subscription a publisher has to pay. Patient gamers just have to be patient.
I recently went installed GTA SA and my CPU was running at freaking 20% with graphics cranked up. I remember when I played it around 2010 by potato PC was lagging and freezing. But anyway the game still rocks after 24 damn years and it only requires 4-5 GB
I’m still using a GTX 1070 and none of the games I play has had issues yet. The most recent games I’ve played on it were hitman 3, cult of the Lamb and Cross code. None of the games are that demanding but they were all good. I guess I just don’t play AAA titles (although hitman 3 is AAA but older).
You can kinda see a wooden step on the LHS between the support poles, and based on them all not sliding into the centre there must be some sort of seating welded inside (although hard to see if there are any weld heat marks in the quality of the photo). So there probably is a good spot to step either side of the lip if you hold the chains while entering/exiting.

Counterargument, Nintendo strikes nonprofit videos and tries to take down free and open source emulators such as Yuzu and Dolphin. The fact that this is so believable should give you an idea of the sort of shit Nintendo is known for.
Yuzu wasn’t completely free; that’s sort of what got them into hot water in the first place and the reason why Nintendo hasn’t also sued SNES9X into the dirt. Yuzu had a patreon with certain releases gated behind it. That’s what got them in trouble.
Yes, the difference is that instead of it being firm or soft depending on if you use cold or hot water (respectively), it has a firm side and a soft side that remains that way regardless of water temperature.

Realistically, I prefer having a scrub daddy and a separate sponge. Cuz the scrub daddy’s plastic mesh lasts a long time and doesn’t trap food particles, but sponges trap food and get gross really quickly. I’ve found that I end up replacing a scrub mommy way more often than a scrub daddy, simply because the sponge side is gross. It feels wasteful, when I could simply have a separate sponge that I replace as needed.

No, she never named anyone specifically afaik. LMG isn’t so large that she didn’t have access to speak with Linus directly though. Also multiple former LMG employees corroborated everything she said about her experience working there.
I think it’s also important to note that not one current or former LMG employee has come out disputing any of Madisons claims. On the other hand, Linus (or LMG) had been caught lying as per the Gamers Nexus reporting.
I use connect too but I think you misunderstood me. It’s only inferior because of the size of the community, but as I said that also makes it better. It’s like Reddit a whole bunch of years ago.
That’s more commonly a US thing and it’s like, “Americans saved from America.” whether health, education, or some basic social service that’s being used for profiteering.
