No, he’s right. Updating the OS sometimes makes software that hasn’t updated show up as being “unsupported on your device” specifically due to the APP being too old, not the OS being too old. It’s bullshit.

The apps work most of the time, but the Play Store won’t let you download/install it. You need to go find the .APK and manually install it.

They don’t do shit for me. I could vape an entire cart and still want a cigarette just as much, if not more, than before I used the e-cig. The nicotine gum did a better job of curbing my cravings for a cigarette. So did Prozac; but that was given to me for depression and also gave me ED, so I mean… You wanna quit smoking or you want a working penis? You can choose 1. 😖

Didn’t NASA find fossilized microbes on Mars or a meteorite or something in the 90’s? Sure it wasn’t alive, but it kinda proves alien life existed in some form just in our own backyard.

With the sheer abundance of life forms just on our one planet, it would be fucking weird for their not to be alien life elsewhere in the universe.

I loved these. De_rats was the shit in CS and TFC.

I also loved Sarge’s Heroes for the N64 for kind of the same reason.

I love being tiny.

I remember seeing some indie game that was trying to bring this style of tiny shooter back, but I don’t remember what it was called or if it ever came out or what.

I wanted to see about finding copies of super old books from like medieval times and shit. Just copies, mins you. I could really only find authentic style reproductions done by hand that cost thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I just wanted the contents of the books. To read. Not as, like, a piece of friggin’ art. 😩

If I could look at the text I’d do that; that was what I was expecting to find, after all. But these are like 12th century manuscripts that you can’t even view without special access to places like the Vatican and things of that nature because they are extremely delicate. If a PDF or digital copy exists of things like that, I haven’t been able to find any.

Maybe worth it if you’re a scholar but… I’m just a curious guy lol

The Quarry is like directing a real classic kind of horror film (like Friday the 13th or Nightmare on Elm Street). It also has real actors and actresses playing the cast, complete with their likenesses accurately rendered in 3D.

Normally, I don’t like these kinds of “games.” But this one was dope. Unlike most of the games I’ve played in this style, The Quarry was well-written, and had amazing acting. It also kinda flips some of the tropes on its head, so it can still surprise both gamers and fans of horror when you select the “obvious” answer and then end up losing a character.

As such, the cinematography is just what you’d expect from a good slasher flick.

It even has a straight up “movie mode” where you can select the good ending, the bad ending, or set up the character’s traits and see what happens and just watch the entire game as a movie.

I remember spending all day downloading files from a Quake server because I happened upon a server running Team Fortress and had to download the mod. On a 28.8k dial-up modem. It was like 500MB or something.

Then of course when I get into the game, it’s on ctf_crosstheborder and was the most confusing thing I had ever encountered.
