Looking at a couple hours of a stock means nothing and is purposely misleading. Zoom out and it’s got pretty good upward consistency.

I do this all the time in my reports to execs. If they’re not paying attention to something I’ve been raising, I zoom the y axis in to show big up and down ticks in a visually alarming way. Similarly if they’re obsessed with something stupid, I zoom out and show a much more flatlined and consistent graph so they get the big picture.
Yea now it’s going through fluctuations. When this post went up it was at the peak of the 26th. Either way, we gotta wait this out before jerking ourselves off about a stock crash.
I think they’ve just had the IPO, that’s why we see it. But I wouldn’t worry in the long term unless something major happens, but that applies to any major social media.
A similar thing happened with one of my favourite podcasts: Tech Won’t Save Us. They just started crowing about what a craven loser Elon Musk was at every opportunity. And it really sucked all the life out of the podcast for me. Like it used to be super interesting, well researched, broad, hopeful; and suddenly it seemed to only be about dunking on billionaires.
Which, deserved. But I don’t want to hear about Musk’s stupid machinations while I’m doing food prep. I want to hear about something cool, like collective action in India.
Maybe I’m in the minority though. Or maybe it’s gotten better by now. Idk
They probably noticed a huge bump in numbers in the episodes where they shit on Elon. There’s a weird dynamic where toxic shit partially maintains it’s popularity because content that focuses on debunking it gets eaten up. So ‘sane’ creators have to decide between creating interesting things or repeatedly dunking on some toxic shit that it grows their platform.
That makes sense, and it’s definitely what happened with mainstream news and Donald Trump. It’s this weird codependence that creates the audience for the behaviour your pointing out as outrageous.
It’s kinda how I feel about any shitty person that gets clowned on. At some point it’s just like “yeah, we all know this person is a POS, what else is new”.
Liquidation is the easiest means of generating profit. Investors are just looking for the quickest exit scam. Thats a lot of people waiting to pullout.

Allegedly Epstein’s behaviour was well know. Donald Trump commented on it before it came out, saying Epstein liked them too young.
Epstein died prior to fully testifying, in suspicious circumstances. His partner was charged with trafficking, with no customers being identified.
It’s highly probable some of his associates were his customers. It’s right to treat them with suspicion. We don’t know who they were, but we know they got away with it. They will continue to get away with it, if everyone just forgets.
Its almost a certainty that some of his associates were customers, but being in a photo with someone is about as flimsy as circumstantial evidence gets. Thats all I’m saying.
No argument but even if that is the case, theres still 3 other people in the photo. Being in a photo with 2 pedos still doesnt make you a pedo.
I just think the odds of this group being a far flung conspiracy involving literally everyone Epstein ever met including all the domestic staff, drivers, pilots, assistants and customers is far less likely than it being a very small and select group that he carefully felt out before making the secret known and offering access.
The Bill Gates foundation almost certainly used Epstein’s network to provide financing for legitimate businesses and charities. The vast majority involved would be convinced they’re making the world a better place.
Flippant comments (Like photos) don’t necessarily mean well known. Especially when it comes to particularly sadistic pleasure activities,
Epstein had billions tied up in money making schemes from just about every industry. A Lot of people tied to his finances - possibly Gates for example - would be anxious to get abandon ship before it sinks.
So if the official story was true it makes sense that Gates would keep ties. Nah, who am I kidding, he probably been eating babies since the taint of his first billion.
No amount of money in the world justified the crimes he committed.

Money and financing for charity can be had without sponsoring Epstein. Bill Gates of all people would have access to sufficient funding for any charity endeavour he has taken on.
If Bill Gates lost all his money and access, he would still be better off than most by a large margin. He is extremely unlikely to end up worse off than Epstein’s victims.
