He’s a victim of his own violent rhetoric, no democrats were running around encouraging “second amendment people” to “take care” of their political opponents. I hope his brush with death has taught him that violence is not a joke or something to encourage, but I doubt it.
Actually yes. That always was, and still is, the plan. She was just using delay tacticsto push the decision back after the election. So if Trump wins, she’ll remain a judge. The case will get dismissed and she can get rich because the Supreme Court just legalized bribes. And if Biden wins, her case will get appealed. It’ll be overturned. She’ll be sanctioned and she’ll leave the “partisan” judge shit behind and become a fox talking head and get rich that way.
Prices are already jacked up to an insane level compared to wages, the horse is already out of the barn: This is not going to fix the problem renters face.
A soft cap works as a ratchet. Downturns in the rental market are sticky while up turns are slow and marginalized.
It’s effectively the opposite of the way things are now, with cartelized units staying artificially high through downturns and prices skyrocketing during every shortfall.
I can’t even begin to understand what it’s like inside a woman’s brain after childbirth. My wife struggled through it and came out ok. I’m glad I could help her.
Not just key, but absolutely critical. Every single maga voter is going to turn out, and gerrymandering gives them a huge advantage as will the corrupt scotus. There will also be voter and voting fraud in favour of maga because if they win it doesn’t matter. There will also be evidence found of democrat voting fraud, so that they can claim both sides are the same.
The only thing that will win this for the dems is overcoming apathy and voting in utterly overwhelming numbers, particularly in swing states.
That’s like saying a dog isn’t trained because the total number of times it peed in the house is still high. I get why you don’t like that thing that happened in the past, but the point is that it isn’t happening anymore.
Sounds like you didn’t understand it. I’m not saying prices aren’t higher than they were years ago… prices always go up long term, the target is 2% per year. That’s not the question. The question is whether inflation has been tamed, meaning will prices rise wildly in the future or are we back to normal inflation rates. So going forward, will inflation be 2% like normal? Or are you claiming it will be higher?
Right now you’re not even answering the question you’re just saying it was higher in the past, which isn’t relevant to whether it is tamed now.
Until just now, this guy seemed to be a legit stable Republican: conservative social values and conservative fiscal policy. Apparently, I was mistaken. This guy’s public political values and stances were always what he needed to get ahead. Now, the dude did a surprise complete 180° on Trump, ruining any view of stability and trust the rational public had in him, just to run as Trump’s Vice President? A combat veteran that is now running under a convicted felon that attempted to overthrow the previous presidential election and has evident ties with Russia? No way. The Russians def got dirt on his ass. No one gets to work for Trump unless there’s coercive control. They’ve got kompromat on Vance, so they know he wont be a hero. Instead, he will follow orders. Vance has been compromised.
Looking at the big picture, I’m thinking one of the few ways out of this mess is to give politicians an amnesty period. It will suck to let them get away with it, but they’re getting away with it anyway and bringing the country down in the process. Unless some super clean hero that also has insane political capital comes along, we either we let compromised politicians openly get away with whatever the Russians uncovered and clean up this Russian coup, or we let them get away with it and fall into an autocracy allied with Russia.
Idk as an Ohioan, I’ve know this guys a piece of work for at least 8 years. No research was required when the pick was made to understand the ramifications. Dudes a Muppet. my first thought was “Trump got his ‘yes man’ who will do what Pence wouldn’t.”
Fellow ohioan as well, and since he has been our senator, I’ve seen him as the walking definition of the German word backpfeifengesicht. He seemed like a weasel to me from the get-go, and I could not for the life of me figure out why.
