This just unlocked one of my weirdest childhood memories. I played fastpitch softball as a kid, and at one away game the school’s softball field was next to a pasture. During warmups and the first several innings, we watched a guy dig a hole in the pasture. In the second inning or so, we hear a gunshot off in the distance, and the third has a truck dragging a horse corpse to the big hole. The man shoved the horse corpse into the grave, and takes three innings to bury the horse.
At the team huddle after the game, one of my teammates said an eulogy for the horse.
I went to a middle school that sat next to a farm. A number of our athletic matches were canceled due to the cows getting out and one was canceled because the farmer shot a coyote on our baseball field & left it.
I don’t see the connection… the 24 hr Le Mans race is completed by multiple drivers switching out every few hours so no one is driving 24 hours straight. That’s not how endurance racing works
If by immediate you mean in govermental decision making scale i.e. couple of weeks or months then I once saw a guy being an actual decent person to be around without expecting anything in return and he had no problem getting around.
Nah. You see I stay in my room 23 and a half hours a day. What I would prefer is if they could be Lured to my room and then I say the thing and then we plow. Like your plan is good but I dunno. At a minimum, how long would this plan require me to be outside of my room for?
Better order something inflatable then, it will probably be more accommodating, and I suggest you order a wide selection and some repair kits just to be sure.
I used to know one who would go for “here’s $100”, though that was many many years ago and I don’t know if she still lives that kind of life. I haven’t kept up with anyone from high-school, much less friends of friends.
I’ve seen plenty of people who think they could take hard, addictive drugs and not get addicted, or that the addiction would be a small price to pay for the highs of the drug. Plenty of people have far too much self confidence for their small understanding of the situation. It’s why drugs like heroin are still around; if everyone intrinsically understood that they’re not worth it, they’d have disappeared a long time ago.
I still don’t get how people still use Heroin. Like, its common fucking sense that Heroin isn’t something to play around with. Everyone that barely knows anything about drugs knows, that its highly addictive. Even if it might be not as bad as other drugs(in terms of physical damage) it is a very dangerous drug and even tho, most people don’t know the details they know that its quite dangerous.
I think a lot of the time people get prescribed pain killers for legitimate injuries then they become addicted to opiates and when the prescription runs out they seek them from another source ex. Heroin
Interesting, I just did some more experimentation, and it seems to vary by app. In Eternity, Sync, and Summit, both ‘#text’ and ‘# text’ are rendered as a header. In Thunder, Boost, Voyager, and Connect, only ‘# text’ is rendered as a header.
