I also raise you IVPN which is pretty comparable to Mullvad, though for similar price you only get 2 devices as opposed to 5 with Mullvad. They have better clients than Mullvad, but that’s about it.
Both Mullvad and IVPN can also be paid in cash.
There’s also AirVPN, but I am not sure about the privacy aspects of that. They’re also based in Italy, which isn’t very good. However, at 3 months or more you get same or even lower price than with Mullvad, and also 5 Forward ports.
Couldn’t be more right. I went 100% on GoG after not being able to play the Steam games I wanted to play during an internet outage because of dumb always online requirement.
DRM punishes paying customers. DRM free is the best choice for anyone who enjoys games, and supporting the devs is the best way to get more games you enjoy.
DRM free isn’t pro-piracy it is pro-consumer.

No. Only a few people in the world are capable/dedicated to breaking copy protection. Everyone else just downloads already pirated software, no matter how hard it was to break. It’s just as easy.
If I wanted to play GTA V (which I acquired legally twice) I would just look for a pirated copy. The legal one keeps updating every few days with huge downloads, requires you to download some crappy launcher, the launcher also needs to update, you need to login you need internet connection, etc, etc. It’s a terrible hassle and made me abandon the game mid-story.
Just type any game title to the torrent tracker and you’ll find you this is only for the first crack. After game is cracked by just one person, everybody can pirate it just like if there was no DRM.
DRM-free is exactly the reason I buy on GOG and would never pirate a game that exists on GOG.
Not all DRM is the same. Up until a week or so ago when they removed it, I couldn’t pirate Lies of P because it used Denovu. Pretty hard to pirate things nobody has cracked.

They really tarnished the 3rd gen Focus name with that DCT. But trucks and SUVs just make them more money. There are only three choices of minivan here (Odyssey, Sienna, and Carnival) and if you want a wagon, you can buy a Volvo V60. But I’ve never seen one in the wild. Maybe the German luxury brands also sell a wagon here, but if they do, I have no idea they exist. Most of the time, when I see a wagon, it’s 20+ years old.
The US also has this fear culture that’s been going on at least since the 90s when SUVs really started to take off. I gotta be bigger because bigger is safer. That might be true when you run a red and cream a family of 4 in a Corolla, but most accidents involve a single car, and large trucks and SUVs are horrendous when they’re the only vehicle involved.

as a dad, in the market for a station wagon, there really isn’t anything as cool anymore. I still want a roadmaster (in good condition) so bad, nothing better than a huge, wood paneled boat powered by an LT1.
Hold up. Since when were station wagons considered uncool? My top favourite cars, among those I could realistically afford when I had a decent paying job, are all specifically the station wagon version.

Interesting, so to escape the Texan jungles I’ll have to change the transmission before Gustav gets back.
I do get the option to kill Gustav when he arrives, but it’ll become very hard to work on the transmission and escape with a busted wrist… I’m not sure if I’ll survive tbh, I struggle to change a bulb, let alone blow a croc/gator’s brains out, let alone change a transmission.
