That’s my hope. I kind of suck at keeping a regular pattern. So on top of sharing what I’ve been doing recently with the community I’m also hoping this will help me stick to other patterns too
They say it takes the average person 28 days to form a habit. So whenever you want to create a new habit, you only have to force yourself to do it for 28 days.
I’m gonna guess emotionally stunted development, but that’s just a guess from someone who has spent a lifetime recovering from the same. I haven’t fucked myself over by doing shit like breaking my own property in years. Therapy helps.
