I have had frequent problems with sleep too. Due to trauma I have no memories up that come up when I’m about to sleep.

Suggestion from me is fine a good therapist, not for medication but to understand why exactly ots happening, if it’s physical or mental. It’s ok and completely understandable to deal a therapist and talk to your doctor more to not try to necessarily solve it. But to figure why it happing in the first place.

Get a therapist that doesn’t try to fix you or try to make you fit into mold. Therapist are supposed to help you discover things about yourself and understand your self better.

This is from my decade’s long experience with mental and physical health problems.

Oh yeah I try every like 4-6 months because of the fucking windows is garbage and I want Linux to work. Usually Never, sense we control one body I would be considered suicidal tendencies.

I haven’t found one tbh. Although most of my d.i.d. type stuff for like acceptance and like not feeling alone is through TikTok as people there are less likely to be silenced for existing. If you follow the right people of course.

In my own personal experience, I’m also autistic. I have found over my decade’s that statistically in my life men tend to be really sexist and often time belittle and think there superior to women and non-binary people. Often times in my medical appointments and such, I always request a women or non binary person as every time I had a man they just didn’t listen or cared and tend to guess for me instead of listening to me.

From my personal experience it’s religions way of controlling people, they believe mutilation of kids genitalia is good if stops them from doing whatever there religion dictates that’s bad (like pleasure of sex and masterbation)

When blocking people from having transgender surgery is against there beliefs because it gives people control over there life’s and body which most religions strictly enforce through gaslighting and manipulation.

Mainly because some of the people I know read it and don’t respond, for instance my partner coming home from work and me needing something at the store and she’s driving and can’t respond but pops up on her messages so she knows but can’t respond. It’s really helpful knowing they read it then me not sure wtf is going on.

Accessibility for my disabilities, able to have the lights turned down when I have a migraine and can’t get up because of pain, as well as reminders and timers with just my voice. Automation helps with my disabilities too.

Lots of people can’t just straight up ditch it. I have had multiple websites just don’t work with Firefox regardless of whatever add-ons I put. For me I just go into a Windows sandbox, but there’s people who are not that tech savvy and it’s often forced on them. Also iirc most schools have chrome books they let students use. So it’s basically forced onto people.
