Yes harass the hospital for being caught between federal and state law. For trying to toe the fine line between it. If this continues it would not be a wonder if the hospitals shutter their maternal wings.

This consequence, the poor lady’s death, was warned by all the sane people when the state laws were being passed. Harassing doctors and hospital for law makers fault is not right.

You can say that if the voterbase is huge with multiple interest groups often at loggerheads to each other. But amongst people with predominantly similar interests such as in labour votes its is not that uncommon.

Using general anaesthsia and controlling everything reduces risk as compared to doing it with local anaesthesia which might cause discomfort, vomiting. These can get you sued. You never know who will be the person who will screw you just because you tried to save a few bucks.

General anaesthsia might save a few minutes during the procedure but along with the time for giving anaesthsia, recovery from anaesthsia, after care. It is both more time consuming and costly.

Other than gnome I don’t see fragmentation in your argument. Most of the distros have shifted to systemd, most of them are shifting to Wayland. Immutable is a way of installation.

On these basic stuff it seems they are getting less fragmented instead of more.

Linux people have always been divided emacs vs vi; gnome vs kde. Nothings gonna stop that, chill man is fun.

I have an old Raspberry Pi as PiHole and another Pihole running on as a virtual machine. I have an ryzen PC running as a NAS and Jellyfin.
