Lay off Vance, everyone! The risk of actually showing how stupid and robotic this guy is is that he might get replaced on the VP candidate slot. He’s a terrible choice that’s driving people away, but if he gets replaced literally a bowl of soup would be a better choice.
Nah I think a replacement does worse. Not because the replacement would be worse, but it shows insane weakness/ stupidity/ inability to have a coherent strategy on the part of a Trump campaign. It shows that these guys don’t know what it takes to win an election; and giving your vote to a team that doesn’t know how to win an election is a wasted vote. Its the same as why Biden was struggling; losing charges compound interest because viability is a key component of whether or not people vote for you. If you aren’t perceived as viable because of your polling, it bites double.
This is my feeling as well. For Trump to replace Vance means Trump admitting he made a bad call. He makes horrible calls constantly, but I don’t see him admitting to a single one.
He wouldn’t admit it. He would find something to blame on Vance (probably wouldn’t be a strain) and then “You’re Fired!” and the red hats would chuckle and never miss a beat.
You get into the role of electors, who are supposed to submit the votes for who best represents the state’s choice or something like that. This was written back when it would take weeks to get to DC, so who knows what would be there.

Honestly, I’m always in favor of people leaving religious institutions… I’m cool with people having faith but supporting these large organizations is fucking awful.
Christian esotericism has been a really relaxing segue into a healthy spirituality for me. There’s no people demanding I pray the “correct” way or give them money they won’t tell me what they’re doing with or telling me that saying a dead guy’s name will keep me from going to an eternity no one can prove exists. Just me and the dead guy’s words that tell me to party hard and chase rich people with whips. And tarot cards; I’ve honestly gotten more out of them than therapy lately because I’m a lot more honest with myself but I still get something similar to a third party opinion on things by sort of bouncing the thoughts outward then back in.
I never watched any of his videos but to friends that did I always said he would eventually make headlines for some kind of problematic behavior or involvement, and when asked what it was based on I just said I could tell by his face. Unnatural and disingenuous in appearance and actions if questioned further but none of them could see it.
Honestly; I think the “Negative” reactions to the bot are overblown and only done by a vocal minority who are sockpuppeting followed by a few people who are irrationally angry that the bot can be, GASP! Dare I SAY IT???!!11, Wrong.
Personally I don’t find the bot problematic at all; and I think it could easily be blocked or ignored by people who find it too inaccurate. So I find it extremely disappointing that the mods are listening to the vocal minority about this.
That being said; I do understand why Mods want to make the bot more accurate. It’s assessments and information can easily make obvious extremists and trolls more obvious to the naked eye; and can help people consume media with some grains of salt. More sources of data are good for accuracy.
