Is this some sort of weird βfor legal reasons we had to post it but we donβt actually want anyone to put in an offerβ type things?
Like with the super specific H1B job postings designed so that only 1 person (preselected) is likely to qualify. But they had to post it because itβs a government policy.
I guess Iβm asking how this is helping someone avoid some sort of fee/tax on $169,000?
Edit: Guys condos donβt always come with land ownership which is why I thought something was dodgy here. Does anyone know if condos in Oregon include the land under them?
Doesnβt even have to be massive. In my area, I see a half acre lot listed for $500k. Iβm not even in a particularly expensive area (kinda rural, but 20mi away from a somewhat expensive metro).
In cases of inheritance, when the house is left partially to two or more parties. In conflict between the parties, the resolution can be the forced sale.

Just go to poor families and you will see how early children develop into adults. You need to take care of your brother, or work, or both. Money makes a huge difference.*Not only that, but it is a major factor.
Having and fulfilling adult responsibilities does not make one an adult. Those kids are still kids, and the weight of those responsibilities on a psyche too young to deal with them, not to mention their own and as well as generational trauma, absolutely will catch up with them.
In the context of the post, 17 year olds are incapable of βHaving and fulfilling adult responsibilitiesβ while 18s fully can, which doesnβt make sense biologically, therefore putting arbitrary age restrictions doesnβt make sense.
You become an adult when you become an adult and your psyche will be able to deal with things when it becomes able, not when you live for 6570 days (18 years) or whatever.
We donβt have evidence that that specific - and imaginary - 13 year old isnβt, maybe he isnβt fully ready, but heβs ready enough to deal with what he has to deal with. (remember people donβt go from being treated like kids to having a 9 to 5, I am not saying we should let him bear his responsibility fully, but I think many 13 year olds, depending on how theyβre raised and genetics and climate and other factors, can have a part time job - at least, and do have the spirit of an adult, if not the the full set of abilities)
Also it is for the better to keep everyone close to using most of their abilities, abundant free time will lead to psychological issues most of the time, burying your worries in work is mostly healthy and increases the quality of life.
(That obviously dependents on WHAT youβre burying, but work is probably the cure)
(Also I am not saying we should kick 13 year olds from school and encourage them to get jobs instead of education)
abundant free time will lead to psychological issues most of the time, burying your worries in work is mostly and healthy and increased the quality of life.
This is not a 100% accurate. I guess it is based on some translation tool. Arabic word used is standard Arabic which is very polite. Dialects use other words depending on the degree of vulgarity. Many countries have the same different words to describe the same. Think of it like ass, rear and bottom.
What Iβm getting at is though that no-one I know in the UK (unless they βterminallyβ consume North American content) says βassβ unironically. They say βarseβ.
Arabic is same language. But there are different dialects. Like Liverpool english, highpoch, RP, amrican English, southern English, and maybe even Irish and Scottish.
I would not say the universal one but the standard one which could be considered as an equivalent of text book English or RP.
The worst part is, corporations treat their own employees with the no loyalty mindset. The idea of finding one good company and getting raises and a pension out of them is pretty much dead.
That is why I hope that people start unionising more and start switching jobs more regularly. The increased turnover should mean that companies try to retain employees for the sake of projects not being constantly delayed. I also hope that this also leads to more people starting their own businesses and competing with their former employers both in employing terms (by having better work conditions) and eventually consumer loyalty.
Yeah, my boss expects that. Heβs been at the same company for almost 20 years, since the department was created.
He also gave me a 3% raise this year. Itβs nice to get cost of living, but why would I try to invest in a workplace where I know Iβll be able to make more and more elsewhere every year.
