This is what pisses me off about people that go on about I’m sick of this woke society or sick of these “crazy trans people”, or whatever else.
And I’m like brother I do not care and most people do not care. Let people do what they want it ain’t that deep. I’m off the view if it doesn’t negatively affect me then what business is it of mine how people live their life. The things they get outraged over is just from some minority of loons on Twitter and not everybody.
Poland and Hungary have historically been very close allies since the middle ages, lots of shared culture, history, they’ve faced similar struggles over the years, and generally they’ve always held each other in pretty high regard. They each even have a little poem about how much they like each other

Unfortunately there’s been a lot of tension between them in recent years over the war in Ukraine, and their relationship has been deteriorating.
The amount of grands they get is enough to understand how one might be inclined to continue/prolong the research project they are doing. On the other hand there is the sunk cost fallacy. They spend all this time and effort on a research subject basically staking their whole carriers on it being right or giving results and they can’t give up. I’m guessing most is doing it because of the sunk cost fallacy.
Its all simple minded commercial fodder. Geared to hold the attention of the slow witted emotion driven masses long enough to throw ads down their psychological throats
How are your feelings towards them neutral if you don’t recognize them as normal human beings? Are they lesser human beings because they like to put on silly costumes?
Ok, maybe I understood something wrong here but specifically saying someone is not a normal human instead of just them having a weird hobby sounded to me like they were trying to say that. But I also hate how much furries are getting hated on for no reason, so I get kinda mad when I see stuff like that.
A substantial majority of people do not fetishize (not necessarily sexualize) anthropomorphic animals, dress in ears and tails, or wear full on fursuits. Furries are not normal by definition. Being abnormal is not intrinsically bad.
It’s generally good! Diversity of thought and behavior, like genetics, leads to healthy and robust systems.
Sorry, I got kinda mad because I hate when a group of people gets bullied just because others see them as weird and I thought this was an instance of this happening. You’re right tho.
Tbf it’s rare to see normal people posting on social media in 2024, at least everyone I see is fucked up in some way. And when they claim they’re normal, they’re either lying, or in denial. I feel like I’ve permanently losing sanity by just living in this fucked up world year by year. The furries are at least self-aware.
I think there’s also something to be said for the 80/20 effect: 80% of the content you see is created by 20% of the user base. Not sure if this is actually true, citation definitionally needed, but I suspect a lot of Internet communities work this way, with a loud (and usually mentally unstable) chronically online minority
If you’re talking about microblogging, or other mediums where your post is meant to be seen by the general public, then you’re right. Typically people are posting for the benefit of friends in family, and don’t really care whether people who are strangers to them knowing what’s going on in their life.

This might be a bold assumption on my part but I would say most normal people do not have the energy for the craziness that occurs on a lot of socials now.
You want to engage and be a part of the community but it’s just far too exhausting in many cases. Easier to just browse most of the time.
It isn’t outrageous that you have them, the problem is you keep them in an illuminated bookcase in your living room and keep wanting to feature them as part of the tour.
