Why is this on science memes? This isn’t a science meme. Oh I see, you probably had one of your alt accounts banned and now you’re pissy and spamming memes everywhere.
I never used those apps. But generally didn’t like the treatment of the communities by the admins. At least here, I can and do swap around between them to avoid those admin. The mods were rarely an issue on either platform ime. I got a temp ban on one community here and given what people thought I was saying and the purpose of the community, I think it was deserved.
A long, long time ago (before I can even remember, I was that young) I attempted to pick up something heavy, and fell into the corner of a wall (like, the outside, so it was pointy). I needed stitches, and I still have a scar.
The details I all got second hand, but I can still just barely see the scar.
When I was two or three I hit my head on the corner of a table in a post office and had a huge gash above my eyebrow. It had to be stitched and for some reason the doctor didn’t allow my mom to hold my hand. She still kicks herself for not insisting enough. I don’t remember it at all apart from the scar.
More consistent way would be to just check the Linux kernel version. Most distros are going to be running the default kernel with everything enabled, so you shouldn’t need to worry about specific kernel options being disabled, unless you’re using something really esoteric and not meant for general desktop usage. If you need 3rd party (nvidia) drivers, nouveau works out of the box, and should at least get you to the point you can install the proprietary driver, should you wish to taint your kernel in that way :'(
Honestly yeah not blow up levels of anger more passive aggressive with a hint of sarcasm when I was talking to them instead. It happened when I tried getting help at an at&t store to port out my number from at&t prepaid. Yes I know now its not the same branch or something but damn they were rude and at least could’ve told me who to call. Iirc they were watching a sports game so they probably just wanted to rush me out. At&t prepaid’s reps were nice though just thick accents.
The McDonalds in my area is pretty amazing (Silverthorne CO). There’s always like 10 employees and it just hums in there. I only ever order from the app; I get a large fries no salt and a large unsweetened iced tea for $2. The fries are always fresh (no salt is key) and they are ready within a minute of me walking in the door.

I just need to build that time since I was at McDonald’s back up. I wanted to vent after seeing the story about price likely causing their 1/4 results. I think there’s more to it.
As a fry jockey. Fuck you. I make all fries fresh to order but all you assholes online just tell people to order no salt fries to be “fresh” it might work at McDonald’s but lemme tell you where I work a no salt fry is made at my convenience and set aside because making a no salt fry means WIPING DOWN EVERYTHING COVERED IN SALT It is not a “hack” eveywhere.
Every other goddamn online order is “no salt” but also extra cheese, double bacon, extra pickle. It slows things down so much I’m actually trying to get no salts for online orders banned.
Hey friend, sorry about that, but there’s just way too much on them otherwise. I end up wiping them down with a napkin and giving up after a handful if they have the typical amount of salt on them—I don’t know how people do it
If you just want less salt I forgive you. If you are trying a fast food hack to get fresh fries when you would have gotten fresh fries anyway then that’s what makes my blood boil
