So I’m a kid who grew up with Gundam Wing and only came to the UC as an adult. Always loved those troubled boys in mech suits and grown to understand how horrifying Gundams are as I have rewatched shows as an adult. Bog standard...

Maybe, eventually finding a way to consistently open links to other instances/services in a way that opens it in your preferred instance/service (some sort of protocol or extension). Our...
It often happens that a given lemmy link didn’t match with my own login from another instance. This causes troubles to comment and participate in the thread. This is what I have learned so far. Is there a better method of doing this? Browser extension suggestions are welcome....

So I was browsing SteamDB.info looking at the various games on sale when I noticed there were a bunch of games (usually from the publisher Hede, but there’s quite a few others) listed as having a discount in the high nineties, yet still costing in the neighborhood of 30-50 dollars. Even odder when I go to the game’s Steam,...

I tried to use Visual Studio Code a few times. One time, I encountered an error related to OmniSharp, though I don’t remember the exact details. However, Python worked fine, for example. Then, I reinstalled Arch, and now I’ve decided to try using Visual Studio Code again because I need it to learn programming. Unfortunately,...
Hi all! Just this…I have a remote Deluge server I connect to with the Deluge thin client. The Deluge server is connected to all the -arr servers, which add the torrents to download. However a lot of downloads start crapping out every few hundred MBs. They get to speeds of 25MB/s (normal for my current connection), and then...
