I saw the trailer for “American society of magical Negroes” and it looked kinda funny in the first 20 seconds, then the trailer went on to show what I’m pretty sure was literally everything in the movie....

Samba is amazing, Windows server is a lot less so. The problem with Windows server is that it takes tons of steps to do basic things. On Samba I had Samba tool and it was very nice and friendly. On Windows server you have a ton of different management panels....

Today in a Privacy community a post about YouTube. No word about privacy but all about which software or settings are needed to watch videos and the money needed to host videos. It made me wonder whether some of you can lead a meaningful life without YouTube. Or will a cold turkey bring the worst out of you ?

I’m having the hardest tine setting up a shared folder between a Linux host and Win11guest. I want to get rid of dual boot, but there are a few programs that I use which are Win only. I have set up a VB VM, but I want a fine tuned KVM VM. On VB sharing is trivial, but I can’t get it to work in KVM. I have the host sharing...

Basically the question. I use work profile (created with shelter). The stock android launcher supports this personal/work separation. But I want to know whether nothing phone launcher support this feature. I know you can install a third party launcher like lawnchair for this. But with these 3rd party launchers the gesture...
