Thanks for posting this! I also googled it (It took like 10 seconds, not sure why we’re expecting so much of you below) and saw they’re are a lot of people talking about it. I don’t know how much stock I put in it personally, but it’s an interesting theory that I knew nothing about prior.

Games that still need more patience: what games released a year ago (or older) are you waiting for a sale on? Or that need another patch?

If you’re into colony Sims Rimworld is amazing! Biotech and Idology are also great DLC expansions that give you a lot more options. IMO Royalty is the weakest one so if you’re just starting out I might recommend passing on it unless you really love the game

This was always my issue with Dota. It just feels so sluggish to have to turn around to run away instead of instantly changing direction like in LoL. That being said I love Dota! Now whenever my friends drag me into League I constantly find myself wishing I had a courier.

A lot of people are only passingly interested in video games. For people that just want to sit down and play something having to learn about the game and how it’s played is work, not entertainment. I can see how someone who only games maybe once a week could have some real fun playing a sports game. It’s very easy to pick up because they already know the rules. I don’t agree personally, for me games are the most fun when I’m interacting with a new mechanic, but I am also willing to grind for hours optimizing and learning to push the game to its limits. If you don’t have the time for all that, but you still want to game, sports games are a perfect entry point. Not even I can come up with a justification for the pricing though.

If you raise the price of everything by 18% the prices on the menu will be 18% higher, possibly discouraging people from eating there. If you add it at the end people will still choose to eat there at least once. It is practically the same as raising prices, just a lot more dishonest.

Ordinary well-adjusted people with wealth and belief that the world that you bring your children into isn’t a doomed from the start. A lot of ‘well-adjusted’ people can’t afford to have kids, or they don’t believe that their kids will have anything to aspire to. I haven’t actually read anything he’s produced but I got very interested after playing World of Horror which is heavily inspired by his work. I feel like I’ve already seen some of the creepy stuff from The Enigma of Amigara Fault and Uzumaki so I feel less interested in starting them(Or at least starting WITH them). Honestly, it’s just the 14s that have the battery accessible through the back, and the back glass is still glued on, so it’s not even easier than previous generations. But removing the screen/back glass isn’t even the annoying part, it’s the awful adhesive strips that Apple uses that tear the instant you try to remove them. Always ends up with a bit of heat, alcohol and prying. Not really difficult to do if you have the tools on hand, but not even close to the ease of yesteryear when you could just pop the battery out.

Goddammit! I have o- blood and the red cross called me LITERALLY everyday after I donated the first time. I asked them to only call every quarter because I still did want to donate, but that just made them call every other day. Finally out of frustration I looked for anything that would make me ineligible to donate and the next time they called, I told them I was gay. All calls stopped after that.

Hi! I do just want to be clear that this was multiple months of calls and I did explain to multiple people that I have donated too recently for me to be eligible. This did not stop them from calling me again the very next day. Trust me, saying ‘I have had gay sex recently’ to blood donation associate was mortifying, if I had any other option I had already tried it.

Trust me, this method did not work. I have donated blood 10+ times (Which isn’t a crazy amount, but I think it’s probably more than most people) because I know with universal donor blood it’s really valuable. But when you donated blood yesterday and they call you wanting more it can get pretty annoying…
