The thing is, in some fields like devops, there are so many tools that you can’t remember or know all of them very well. So asking chatgpt how to do something saves very much time. It can write ansible playbooks, docker files, web server configurations etc etc. They almost never work perfectly but they give a very good starting point to modify.

It used to be that you could be very good at specific languages or tools but today, there isn’t enough time. Everyone is always in a hurry to get something out as quickly as possible too.

Often the code is self explanitory. I understand the code very often, but I still couldn’t write it correctly from scratch. You never feel like that?

This is how code examples in books works too. You get some code to look at and try to understand it. Otherwise it’s like you would ignore code examples while learning programming.

Two of my coworkers frequently mention shows like “Encounters” or “Ancient apocalypse” or whatever. I’m not the best at debating or forming arguments against these though I do feel strongly that bold claims require better evidence than a blurry photo and an eyewitness account. I had severe performance issues and crashes until I changed my driver to vulkan-radeon on Amd, so I just wanted to post that. If you have issues on amd, check your driver.

My card is Radeon 6900 XT.

It’s fun when done right. Humor is a thing. And we can joke about these things. At least I can, you can do what you want. :)

If you think about it, humor is much needed in the world today. It’s healthy and good for you to joke and laugh about these things, unless you are pointing at a specific person. You have to know the difference between bullying and humor.

People underestimate the need for something like this. Society is only going to become more and more censored and monitored as technology evolves. It’s not possible to escape that, so using communication where you are private is going to be extreamly important.

Also it needs to be able to resist being banned by governments.
