They can argue a restraining order is materially different than a child in danger. There is a duty to report for child abuse and child neglect there isn’t however any actual duty to act. Its partially how cps gets away with kids dying after investigations when they make negative notes about but did not act.

What even is the point of this debate? They’ve both had a term in office. We know how both of them actually govern the actual country. What can this debate possibly convey that the past 8 years of governance hasn’t?

They just keep repeating that money is what matters, because they’re good at taking money from people they shouldnt. But they’re bad at getting votes, people just don’t like them. Partly because of what they do for that money.

I think Tlaib did a decent job at giving some kind of pushback, but it was particularly galling to see Moskowitz stand up and repeat Israeli propaganda without anyone calling him out on it.
In his speech, he alluded to misinformation that was debunked over a month ago: that the numbers from the Gaza Health Ministry were allegedly unreliable and that the numbers of dead civilians had recently been halved by the UN. Neither of these things were true, and so therefore he was either lying on Israel’s behalf or he didn’t care enough to do the appropriate research.
Is this one of those things like the GPS trackers they just sort of plant on your shit by trespassing, and if you find them they typically come to collect them because their cover is blown anyway and they are expensive?

It just fakes a cell tower. Because of the nature of how modern radios work, a phone will likely connect to the strongest signal it detects. The stingray acts as a “man in the middle” and relays the phone signal to an actual tower as if it was the original phone making the call. As it relays the call, the operator can listen in.
It’s akin to answering a call, making a call on another phone and then holding the two phones together.
