Anyone with half a brain should realize committing fraud against a bank hurts the people who use those banks… and insure those banks, and bail out those banks if they make bad investments, say to someone lying about the worth of their assets to lock in deals that when they are failed to be paid, like all his other bankruptcies filed, the bank is left with far less than anticipated, and then they have to raise fees/decrease interests paid out, charge higher interest rates or simply get a bail out from the Feds.
