I thought of something: does this count as him having played a single game that is both a loss and a win? Or as playing in two games?
Some poor soul is going to try to do data validation and figure out that the number of wins plus the number of losses does not equal the number of games played, and it’s 100% legit.

My 2 cents of logic is that the first part would only apply to its individual scores and stats, not the team ones: the second part of the match will determine the winning team, nothing was decided in the first part, so no win/lose condition can apply to its previous half-match, and when the victory was defined he got a defined team…

America’s ‘democratically elected judges’ are not unbiased. Just look at SCOTUS ffs. Those judges were elected to every judgeship they had previously yet some can’t seem to reason themselves out of a wet paper back.
If you think citizens would pick who the judges could be, then you are poorly informed.
They would be picked by the state (fully controlled right now by the president and his party) and the citizens would just vote who of those they would like, but at the end of the day all of them would be aligned with the presiden’s cult. It’s implicit since there’s no mechanism for the citizens to choose the candidates or to propose themselves; the state (generally speaking) will pick the candidates and since they did what the Republicans did in some parts of the USA, they have a majority and control of everything hence why they will be aligned with the kks, we’ll be used to only vote who of their picks we want so they can say «see? the people picked them so this is democratic and totally legitimate».
We have no say in this or a way to say «fuck these picks, we want someone actually capable and better», people are making protests as we speak but the president only has to say they are neoliberals, the right, conservatives and insult them like he has done every single day and tell his cult to just approve it (they control the congress and the senate) and they will.
Edit: memory fails me, but I think it was written in the document which organisms were going to pick the candidates, non of them were civil organizations or independent, you’d have to look for it because the goverment keeps piling up problems here and there’s just too much to keep up.
I agree, I bought my car in 2018 and its got a small screen and carplay / android auto. No OTA updated, no capacitive buttons, i don’t have to dig through touchscreen menus to change settings. I want to go electric soon, but everything i have driven is obnoxious with what you have to deal with in the cabin.
Very similar for me. I wish I had carplay, but otherwise my car does everything I want it to do without any fuss. I don’t need a wrap around screen on the dashboard because I’m looking at the road.

Increase the consequences of actual hate speech to discourage it. In my eyes it is the root of all the horrors enacted in the past almost century. Keep the disagreement polite, without threats of violence from either side, and resolve this rationally so this BS can end.

Show me multiple (let’s say 3+) small-scale independent academic studies or 1-2 comprehensive & large academic studies that support one side or another and I may be swayed, Otherwise I think all that is being accomplished is that one guys life is getting completely ruined for now and potentially forever over some fabrications and as a result he may or may not get help, but I doubt he’ll be better off.
—My understanding was that csam has it’s legal status specifically because there are victims that are hurt by these crimes and possession supports a broader market that faciltates said harm to these victims. It’s not as easy to make a morality argument (especially a good one) for laws that effect everybody when there are no known victims.
So are you suggesting they can get an unaltered facial I.D. of the kids in the images? —Because that makes it regular csam with a specific victim (as mentioned), not an ai generative illustration.

That said, I do feel very uncomfortable with the amount of defense of this guy, he was distributing this to people. If he was just generating fake images of fake people using legal training data in his own house for his own viewing, that would be a different story. The amount of people jumping in front of the bullet for this guy when we don’t really know the details is the larger problem.
I know it’s a stretch, but if that could be argued, then there may be a possible lawsuit to be brought to court about funding campaigns across state lines.
