Product of our prison system not rehabilitating anyone.

He was raised by a monster and then the US justice system, he had zero chance of being a well adjusted person

Like, how was his dad a registered sex offender but allowed to raise a child?

stoly ,

Because Idaho is a place that where people pater familias, which is a Roman concept where the husband had full right to do anything to their family they like and nobody can say anything about it.

shoulderoforion , in Election conspiracy theorist fined $1,000 a day until he discloses evidence to court
@shoulderoforion@fedia.io avatar

I mean if he's just some regular schmo, his available cash reserved are, if not immediately, going to be underwater rather quickly. Real implementation of this fine, and immediate liens against his assets and property, are the only things that are going to get this jerk to 1) admit he doesn't have the evidence he's claimed or 2) produce the evidence. Anything but immediate action will see this drag out with to no financial benefit to the aggrieved, of which he is sorely due.

obbeel , in Elon Musk Deletes Tweet Promoting Tucker Carlson’s Interview With Hitler-Loving ‘Historian’

Believing that someone like Elon Musk, that is probably counseled by some of the best minds of the Earth (even if they’re turned the wrong direction), is doing this out of stupidity isn’t good. This is politically and economically fueled.

RememberTheApollo_ ,

The problem is that “someone like Elon Musk” is a billionaire insulated from virtually every bad decision he could ever make, therefore he doesn’t need any counsel other than “this lawsuit could cost you money if you do (thing).

He’s almost worth $200Bn, and even is someone sued and won for half his entire worth, he’d still have more money and power than 99.999% of the rest of the entire planet.

He is exactly the someone he wants to be, he can be as stupid as he wants as long as he doesn’t think his actual worth or power is truly threatened.

They are/were both open air prisons where the people inside cannot freely travel, had their land, possessions, and livelihoods stripped. They have no rights, receive far less food and eater than they need. The nature of such conditions is a powder keg for violent revolt.
