I wouldn’t be surprised if in that statement he also added, “trump is in the best shape of his life, has 2% body fat, and will live to be 132.” Because we all know that doctor just loves lying out of his ass. Does he even still have his license to practice medicine considering he is a fraud?
Two centimeters long by how wide? Zero? And maybe .1 deep? Like a papercut? Something like that could possibly get stitched or glued together in the allowed time. But it would definitely be shrapnel in that case, or his own fingernail. Like, if he felt a bullet go past, realized and ducked, then felt foolish and decided it would be better publicity with a wound instead of the focus being on him crouching for cover. I won’t say cowering because it’s an appropriate response to being shot at, but he would think it.
My heart goes out to the 3 very real victims, whose only crime was being idiot enough to be at a Trump rally. I hope the Trump campaign will put some money towards their medical bills (she said knowing they won’t).

The DEA shouldn’t even be in the bureaucratic pathway. They’re cops, and they shouldn’t have a say in what counts as medicine. The FDA is far from perfect, but they are the scientists.
The DEA’s administrative law judge already said it shouldn’t be Schedule I, after a lengthy review, and (surprise!) the DEA administrator ignored them. What a genius system; leave it up to the person wielding power to be the one making the final decision to wield less power 🤦

I find it extremely ironic that a life long politician is calling for term limits. If perhaps it were term limits for both Congress and the Supreme Court I may support it. I hope this has no chance of moving forward.
I get the idealism, I really do, but if we waited for the absolute perfect version of everything, we would never get anything done. Besides, with a term limited scotus, you have a lot better position to argue for term limited politicians.
He obviously milked it to the maximum. That ear bandage he was walking around with, was obviously a PR thing too. It did never look like a medical professional was anywhere near that.
Look, I hate the guy, but that is how you bandage an ear.
People got shot so that parts real.
He could have been nicked or he could have caught it on a sharp point bending down or he could have cut it with a fingernail.
My money is on the fingernail. He’s probably on blood thinners. He’s probably got thin, brittle skin. He probably clawed at his ear when the bullet whizzed by.
He could easily have nicked it. A nick can bleed like crazy and also heal very fast.

I had a cancer removed from my ear and they bandaged it a lot like this? There are two primary means if bandaging an ear and they both look ridiculous. I have no doubt he got them to “make it look like a big deal” but you are not slapping a bandaid on that and calling it a day, right?

Also can we get our student loans forgiven, punish the exopresident Trumpfus for the jan6 thing, limit the justices to like 5 years, remove all religious terms and uses from government docs and processes…etc…many other things that are much more relevant than the stickiest plant one could ever have imagined anyone would ever try to smoke.
I hear you, but consider it goes well beyond the sticky plant - simply possessing marijuana in many areas of the US can still get you thrown in jail. With many of those same states enforcing “mandatory terms” for drug crimes, we have . We have a lot of huge issues to deal with, but the “War on Drugs” from the start was a thin veil for persecuting minorities, and it’s still going.
I’m hoping for the rest of your list of requests, too, but personally I think federal weed legalization would have a wider-reaching, far more profound impact on our population than forgiving student loans.
Yeah, you probably don’t want 8 because a two term president could do lots of damage. So 18 sounds fine. It should be retroactively implemented, let’s say 2 of the current judges per year?

Trump’s ear appears to have been miraculously healed, I’m betting he barely got grazed and is on blood thinners, which is why there’s not a visible wound and there was so much blood.
Still, had to be a little terrifying coming that close to being shot. He got lucky yet again.
