Considering no one would want to have an abortion in the third trimester if they couldn't help it, this is either a situation of them being blocked from having an abortion at every turn earlier or a case where they wanted the baby, but found out that it was going to harm the mother and the state would do nothing about it because an unborn fetus trumps the life of the mother.
It’s a much less bold assumption than to make the claim that she merely didn’t want the baby in her third trimester just because.
She took the abortion pill and held on to the babies remains. It’s not a bold assumption that she’s just a nut case, it’s a more bold assumption that she’s 100% innocent.
As for your question, that further implies it’s the second scenario that I listed.
So you would keep the babies remains instead of…disposing of it in some way?
If she wanted the baby in the first place, but was then in a situation where the baby was going to be stillborn and would be harmful for her to birth normally? Then yeah, she would be incredibly sad about having to have an abortion and would want to keep the remains of the baby she had wanted.
And you making the assumption that she’s a “nut case”
My opinion, based on the facts of the story, is that she’s a nut case. I’m not assuming anything, the article plainly lays it out, she illegally obtained an abortion pill to kill her 28 Week baby, and held onto the remains.
If you don’t think that’s what a nutcase would do, that’s fine, but I’m not making any assumptions, I’m basing my opinion off the facts presented in the article.
You’re coming off a little unhinged. They asked a very simple question and you’re freaking out. If the father was also underage then how can you say she was raped, unless you have other sources that claim she was raped by another minor. Further, if he was underage then would you also accuse her of rape since he can’t legally consent? The article doesn’t mention the father and its natural to be curious about his role in all this.
Ah gotcha. You’re just pulling shit out of your ass and freaking out at everyone who points out that your assumptions stink. I hope you feel better today, you need a nap
If the article is accurate, that wasn’t entrapment at all. There’s a decently fine line between a sting and entrapment and conducting a sting after you have evidence the perp reached out to a hitman, posing as said hitman is a literal sting.
We should have a national system like how the army uses. There are heat categories and depending on what the heat & humidity are tells you how long you can work for and how long your rest period is. It also tells you how much water you should be consuming for each level of heat. This system kept us safe in Iraq in 130 degree heat so I don’t see why we couldn’t implement it.
this. we spent money to determine these levels to and like the internet this should benefit everyone. Heck I don't know what the levels are and I should as I should follow them if Im doing a weekend project.
I hate the world we are living in. Nearly every single kitchen tool is rebranded Chinese garbage and I feel like it’s not safe.
I just want a damn rubber spatula set, measuring cups, and measuring spoons, and my only options are the same product with 30 different word vomit Chinese branding on them.
Why is it impossible to find quality stuff these days? My parents have kitchen tools from 1703 and that shit is indestructible, but I try to stir a pot of water and my tools all snap, crackle, and pop.
Older isn’t always better. Pewter for instance was used in the kitchen and often contained lead.
I’ve been pretty happy with my GIR spatulas.
For measuring cups and spoons, any stainless should be safe and durable. This lead was found in the seal disc under the paint which only pertains to double wall stainless. If you want dance USA made set look at All-Clad.
When it comes to lead, older shit is absolutely not safer. We used that shit to carry our drinking water via lead pipes for thousands of years despite knowing that lead causes health problems.
The increase in deaths could partly be explained by the fact that more babies are being born in Texas. One recent report found that in the final nine months of 2022, the state saw nearly 10,000 more births than expected prior to its abortion ban – an estimated 3% increase.
Given that killing a baby at 28-weeks of pregnancy and hiding the body is illegal basically everywhere, you are going to be making an extremely long list of products.
