Cx Expolorer on Android can access network shares and Samba shares like a desktop OS. It really isn't a particularly outdated option, it's so much less fiddly than direct drive access from a PC and it effectively works just like a USB stick, interface-wise, without having to do the whole "where did I put my thumbdrive" dance each time.

no, I’m not an Arab but i can read a little bit and from what i can read they’re just regular dishes. the auto translator went crazy with interpretations though. part of the problem is Arabic script doesn’t really have vowels; they have diacritics* instead but they’re rarely used (either for disambiguation or in the Quran to minimize the possibility of misreading the holy text). so imagine reading English without vowels:
y cn prbbl tll frm cntxt wht ths mns
but it would be hard for a machine to decipher it. these words can easily be:
yea cone probable tall farm context wheat these mines
once you misinterpret one word, its relation to the other words make them more likely to be misinterpreted as well.
We'd have to ask the Supreme Court if that's the case and the way those "super neutral judges" act... maybe we wait until after the election for that one.

Specifically several sitting justices have previous white house administration experience where they had to worry about consulting their lawyers because of the illegal stuff they were doing (like Iran Contra).
Yeah, that’s my point. He lost fair and square, and they refused to believe it and staged an insurrection. If you actually did pull something like that, out in the open, there would be a second civil war.
