Just because he does this often, doesn’t mean he’s good at it. Not wanting to be connected doesn’t mean you can’t take your phone. Just turn it off. Loose your bearings? Just go downhill and follow streams. You’ll have water eventually, it will lead to a road. A canteen is super basic for anything more then a basic walk.

Considering the technical mess that was Serious Sam 4 and the fast turnaround of Talos 2, retiring Serious Engine was probably the right call. Wish they went to Godot, but at least they didn’t go with Unity.

This has been a known problem for decades. I remember watching videos about it on Discovery channel back when they still ran education content. One case, a person had their intestines sucked out.

The solution has always been to have multiple intakes for the suction line and have the kill switch in clear view of the pool.

Buying a whole chicken was a cheap source of protein for poor families and because refrigeration was nonexistence to rare for these families for a long time, deep frying chicken was an easy way to preserve the meat from spoilage for about a week. Long enough to finish it. Because of how frequently the same basic dish was served, families would come up with personal recipes and spice mixes.
