Last year I bought a packet of sugar pumpkin seeds just because I thought the flowers looked nice the previous time I’d tried (and failed) to grow pumpkins. Got plenty of pumpkins out of it, saved some of the seeds, and started buying butternut squash when the pumpkins ran out. Saved the seeds from those, too, and now I’ve got seedlings of both popping up. I’m gonna have so much pie!
Harry, the orcs have occupied Hogwarts and you need to go throw the Philospher’s Stone into Mount Doom to free the Prisoner of Azkaban or Sauron is going to deduct 10 points from Gryffindor.
The saddest part is she died while Peter was shoveling snow from the driveway. Just sitting in the car and waiting for him to get in. Carbon monoxide is really dangerous.
I only can imagine the horror he felt when he got in and saw her… not moving…
Those house rules seem very strange, to the point where this isn’t really poker anymore.
There’s a reason to the ranking of hands in poker due to the probability of getting them. Your roles make it so that an easier hand to get beats one that’s harder to get. Very bizarre.
That’s fair, I have taken that criticism to heart, but technically out of 50 cards the probability of getting any full house are the same statistically as any other possible combination. (In the first round)
Not the best description I have seen. Any wall that can keep someone out can keep someone in. Just have to change the system inside. The big problem, however, is that nobody understands the term communism and applies it to lots of things which are not. A totalitarian state is not communism. And a Christian nationalist state is no longer a democracy.

I think it’s because terms used in real life often don’t match their definition. The Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea is not democratic or a republic. The National Socialist Party were not socialist. The Chinese Communist Party allows billionaires to privately own the means of production. Capitalist America regulates, subsidizes, and bails out corporations instead of allowing a free market.
The real world is more nuanced than the terms used to describe it. It doesn’t help that terms like capitalism, communism, democracy, etc, have gone the way of “literally”. It can mean “literally” or it can mean the exact opposite of “literally”; it depends on context.
A brige in Baltimore collapses because of a ship colliding, with most of it’s crew being Indians and Sri Lankans. Conservatives, being the barbaric creatures that lack brain-cell, called it a terrorist attack. The hate against Indians skyrocketed on social media, especially Twitter and Reddit.
There were a lot of AI generated memes with boats leaving behind a trail of shit, brown people with shit in their hands, and a brown dude being held by a bunch of white dudes wearing a hazmat suit cuz he was being gestured to shit in the toilet and not the street.
And a lot of paj**t and p*ki slurs, as well as lot of conspiracy theory about how these immigrants want to rape and genocide the whites in America.
Spying on user data is a constitutional right of US companies, what are the poor going to live on when they can’t traffic with your data, or when a disgusting red communist company steals their bread? A little more proper patriotism, guys. Bad enough that the EU is cutting the wings of this companies, therefore also don’t use EU apps to make America great again.
