Your best bet is an Intel Macbook Air with 11.6" screen from a few years ago. They’re even lighter and smaller than the current macbook airs. I have one myself running Linux Mint 22. Just make sure it has 8 GB of RAM (it works with 4 GB too, but you can’t have too many tabs open). They sell for $200 refurbished.

I have vaultwarden in docker but I don’t expose my instance externally as you really don’t need to. Put the bitwarden app on your phone sign into the instance and it will work even if your instance is borked. You can’t add items but it works.
My suggestion, run it in docker and just back up the entire docker compose and folder structure as that includes the database as well.
If you want to expose it use nginx proxy manager its dead simple and awesome.
It doesn’t cover backups though. It uses Caddy instead of NGINX, and it uses DuckDNS to point a subdomain to your private IP address of your Vaultwarden server, so it will only be accessible in your LAN.

These rumors/stories, whatever you want to call them, is all new to me, but its just a way to dehumanize a certain group and therefore helping to justify labelling them the new boogieman.
ELI5 Its a way to make a group of people appear less human and different from yourself. This makes it easier to not relate to them and use them as a bad/ evil example of something you want to avoid.
Because racism is learned. It’s the same tired tropes they heard from their parents. Today’s racists are racist against Central American and Caribbean immigrants. Twenty years ago it was the Middle East. In the 1970s it was southeast Asians. Before that were… everybody else. This is America. There’s always some new cultural group to demonize.
