Because lazy hiring managers only care about people’s linked in profiles so anyone looking for work has to puff up their useless “professional” personas to even be considered for a job.
Unfortunately this is my experience as well. Good thing you can create a nice profile in a day or two and just ignore the rest. Still its stupid to hire someone based on their pretend persona.
Just depends on the person saying it. Could just be what their GPS says or the person could have included stops. Best to ask them as there is no definitive answer to this.

White as Caucasian ? There were cases of bribery in the driving test in the past, occasionally reported in the news, but I think it was much prevalent in the past than in recent years as the MACC and the Transport Ministry cracking down hard on such practices, but it is not a thing just because you are white, lol.

Kvaesitso ia great, but I keep coming back to Kiss. Having your most used/history apps easily accessible from bottom to top (instead of being only at the top of the apps folder) is so convenient and easier accessible. You don’t have to move your hands to the top of the phone.
Edit: I missed a specific setting that allows you to have the search page reversed (bottom to top), so favorites and most used are at the bottom. It’s definitely better, but I still fall back to Kiss.
I’m fuming about this fainting condition I have. Passed out in the loo last night and went face first into some drawers. Cut my cheek open really deeply, nearly all the way through, and need a specialist to stitch my face back together. Been waiting 8 hours in A&E and a bit more time to wait.
Not the NHS fault, they’re doing great with thy funding they have and also the senior doctors strike happening today.

People are not usually counting that, but it’s not as if it’s a standard. Sometimes they mean how long the overall trip takes, other times, simply the distance divided by the average speed limit.
Not sure if it’s only on F-droid, but I’ve switched from G-board to Open-board. It’s a virtual keyboard app that has many “extra” features compared to Simple board. There’s autocorrect, swipe to complete, and a clipboard visualizer. I’m trying to figure out if I can add entries to the dictionary so it suggests some words I use often instead of others tho.
OpenBoard has actually a working swipe-typing implementation that catches most of my typing incredibly well (and which is incredibly infuriating at the moment to correct when it doesn’t… You’ll get it when you use it). You need to use this other fork: Openboard
One of my nicknames is Hugo. I have a Windows, a macOS, a Debian and a Raspbian machine.
So I call them Hugowin, Hugotosh and Hugopi. The Debian machine mostly runs Plex so it is named Plexy. And my Phone is called iBobes because someone once told me that Bobes mean ass in german and i though that is incredibly funny.
German here, yes it does and it is. It’s not a high German word, but a dialect one (but it’s present in multiple German dialects, mostly all Franconian ones, as well as Hessian and Swabian). Usually it’s written “Bobbes”, though.
