Why did the Lemmy instances stopped upgrading the version they use?
It seems most instances still use version 0.19.3 and the only one using the up-to-date version is lemmy.ml. They used to update relatively fast. What’s changed?

I have a recipe that calls for a dough to be autolysed (long bulk ferment while stretching and folding the dough). I’m fortunate to have access to a stand mixer. Is their any advantage to doing the autolyse? Should I just kneed it in the mixer to save time?

I am trying to create a KVM/QEMU/Virt-Manager VM without exposing my IP/internet connection to it. I pay for a VPN subscription, and I typically access it through wireguard configs that integrate with my distro (Fedora 40 Workstation) and DE VPN menus. I’m nowhere near tech-savvy so it has to be easy to use, but also I want something that is built to last, as opposed to certain (looking at you, Apple) devices that are desinged to become unusable within a next couple of years....
I am running a bare metal Kubernetes cluster on k3s with Kube-VIP and Traefik. This works great for services that use SSL/TLS as Server Name Indication (SNI) can be used to reverse proxy multiple services listening on the same port. Consequently, getting Traefik to route multiple web servers receiving traffic on ports 80 or 443...

So both Life is Strange and Until Dawn have what’s called the butterfly effect something that’s kind of a questionable concept at best but it’s somewhat real. Telltale was famous for games like this as well. But yeah it’s like depending on your actions it can change the story and thus play more like a movie with a...
