I do not know whether anybody else has already said this, but Lemmy could really use a feature that would allow individual users to block instances. I think it could have spared some of the defederation word wars that have been going on lately, since that would be an individual choice rather than a collective one....

Hello people I have a Jellyfin server running on an Ubuntu laptop. But I am also using Mullvad VPN on that laptop for torrenting purposes. Is there a way that I can access the Jellyfin server from another computer in my home network and keep the VPN running at the same time?

Looking for both the process and any software I may need. My day job involves teaching image-pattern recognition algorithms on industrial robots so I’m not afraid of any learning curve, I simply don’t know where to get started....
