Two years ago when the war started, I predicted that Europe will slide into fascism due to economic problems caused by the proxy war with Russia. People like @poVoq dismissed and ridiculed me, claiming I had no clue what I was talking about and I didn’t understand anything about Europe. Turns out I was right all along.

Late stage capitalism ultimately devolved into fascism, so I agree that the direction of travel would’ve been the same. The war simply acted as a catalyst that accelerated the process.

The United States has done far more harm than good for humanity at large. The individualistic values it champions have led to a society that is fragmented and leaves many citizens in misery. Its global hegemony has resulted in the destruction of numerous countries, with countless lives lost due to its military interventions, coups, and regime change operations around the world. Moreover, the US’s extractive policies have prevented other nations from developing their own economies, perpetuating a cycle of underdevelopment and dependency. Additionally, as one of the largest consumers of energy per capita and major producers of fossil fuels, the United States is among the worst offenders when it comes to climate change, exacerbating global environmental crises with its unsustainable practices.

Problem for dems is that it’s way too late to replace him now. They had to accept reality last year and run a real primary. Instead they waited until the last moment, and now there’s not enough time for somebody new without an existing voter base to start campaigning.

Donbas has had election long before it INVITED Russia to intervene on its behalf.

Yes, I’m talking about general elections that Donbas holds here, not some specific election. The government is elected. The elected government that represents the people of Donbas invited Russia for assistance. What part of this are you struggling with specifically?
