I actually use Gnome, because I’m forced to use Ubuntu LTS at work. Having to use GNOME 9-5 every fucking day is torturous. That’s why I hate it with so much with a passion. They won’t let me use anything else. GNOME is the worst thing ever created! It’s an abomination of all software, there’s literally nothing nothing as garbage as GNOME. It’s incredible how it only gets worse. At this point I’m about to find GNOME developers and explode their computers so they cannot continue polluting this world with hot garbage. I’ll hack all GNOME repos and delete GNOME from existence.

Increase your adrenaline and noradrenaline either naturally (aerobic exercises and cold shower/shock) or with chemichals (stimulant and sympathomimetic drugs). That will increase your focus and goal-oriented behavior. It’s really crazy when you’re able to achieve a 100%+ flow state. If you have heart problems you shouldn’t do it tho. Easily find program name from context menu/without terminal?

I occasionally need to know the names of programs. I asked here about “Run as Administrator” being added to the context menu (like in Windows), and the response was basically “can’t be easily done”. an example is if I wish to edit a config file it cannot be done without accessing the terminal. Knowing the name...

I have these GNOME apps just so I can attest from time to time they’re really trash and are not improving. Isn’t that self-evident?

I talk with my granny over Skype because that’s what she’s used over a decade now. Can’t help it. Are you the kind of a sociopath who would rather not talk to you family over Skype? I also talk with my therapist over Skype; I have told her how GNOME broke my heart.

Yea ngl the media and volume keys only work on Windows. I have to dual boot for when I want to watch a movie or a show.
