I’m one of those people… I get overwhelmed with information and freeze. ChatGPT moves me out of the freeze stress response. I’m excellent at qa and following instruction, but awful at organization. My progress has drastically improved because I delegate my weaknesses. I do hope that I can continue using this tool to help me.

Can you live without YouTube ?

Today in a Privacy community a post about YouTube. No word about privacy but all about which software or settings are needed to watch videos and the money needed to host videos. It made me wonder whether some of you can lead a meaningful life without YouTube. Or will a cold turkey bring the worst out of you ?

Ditto. Exercising never feels good. I don’t like being sweaty and I don’t like moving around unless I’m going somewhere for a purpose. The only way I’m able to “enjoy” it is if I smoke weed before or numb out on a tv show/movie so that I can pretend I’m not exercising. And then after working out I’m exhausted and need a nap. The entire process sucks. I’ve never been into sports either. Or riding the bike or swimming. Yoga is tolerable, but it’s better when I’m high.

I have a picture of a cartoon cheerleader on my desk. She’s always cheering me on. It feels good to be encouraged and supported. I’ve been wanting to get a cheerleader Barbie for some time now but I haven’t found ones with normal sized heads.

I also have birthday candles and every once in a while I’ll buy a piece of cake and blow a candle out, to celebrate everything that I’ve done.

What I’m annoyed by is when going to a cashier they expect you to bag your own groceries, and give me attitude when I ask them to do it.

I much rather prefer self check out. I don’t need to deal with the attitude.
