Everyone was harping on Germany for gas imports. Yet now we have Macron making big speeches about supporting Ukraine. Then they barely send any real support and instead secretly they are importing tons of Russian LNG.

Yes they send some but the supply has been more or less dry. And they don’t seem to be ordering new ones. The UK literally suggested Germany could send them Taurus in exchange for Storm Shadow because they ran out and their new replacement missle is still in development and that is why they arent buying any new ones. Also anyone else could have bought Taurus or similar missles to send to Ukraine but they aren’t. Also UK/France are not the only countries that have similar systems. Yet you never hear complaints about them not sending them.

The fact that we have had around 100 or more articles about Hamas and attacks from Hamas members in the last view says I would imagine your question is somewhat superficial.

Everyone seems to agree that it is news. There’s plenty of articles about individuals claiming to be for Palestine that make very questionable statements.

You know what the big difference here is though?

Israel has very broad support in the rest of the world. Especially the west. The most powerful economies on the planet. Who send Israel tons of aid. The US just parked an aircraft carrier strike group in their front yard.

Both sides have fanatics stating how they want to eradicate the other. Only one said has absolute control over the other though and has the means to actually follow through with their plans.

They have committed war crimes for decades and not only is nobody turning away from them instead they get pumped full of even more and better weapons. Look at all the aid the west (mainly US) is sending them.

The big point here isnt that they dropped from 70 per month to 1-2. The big point is that she was constantly saying how everyone should immediately stop doing any business with russia/russians and ban all russians from traveling to the west. She also said there is common guilt among the people regardless if they actively helped/supported or not. While at the same time she wasnt even aware what her own husbands business was doing.

Before she made such drastic statements maybe she should have checked if she follows what she wants to preach.

How is that relevant ? She is preaching about what people should do and when someone confronts her with the fact that her own family is doing business with Russia she claims she didn’t know.

It does not matter how little it is. She was preaching that there should be a 0 tolerance policy and everyone not adhering to it is directly aiding Russia and their war on Ukraine. By her own logic she is funding the killing of Ukrainians and her defense is “Well uhm I did not know where my money went”.

I don’t really think it’s necessarily exploitive. Western countries place great value on education/training and certifications. And there is a clear difference on how such education/certification is obtained in the west vs other places of the world.

Acting like they are equal when in many cases they aren’t is just not a good idea. Especially for someone like a police officer.

Have you noticed spotify removing stuff from your liked songs list?

For a few months now while listening to spotify I’ve noticed a song will come up and I’ll think “I thought I already ‘liked’ this song?” But wasn’t positive because sometimes there are multiple issues of the same album (anniversary, remixes etc) so maybe I had liked a different version or something....

They didn’t say most Russians agree with the war. They also didn’t say Russians are zombies or pawns.

All they said was that Russian (Soviet union) leaders have a history of sacrificing their own citizens. That’s an undeniable fact.
