Hi everyone! I recently moved my services from a Hetzner VPS to an OrangePi Zero 3 and I was wondering what options do I have storage-wise? How could I plug the most HDDs possible on this thing? Does anyone have a successful setup that might want to share?

I’m looking to try self-hosting an XMPP server for my family to use as a secure communication platform. I realize that end2end encryption with XMPP doesn’t seem as strong as something like Matrix but my self-hosted Matrix server has been very unreliable....

Currently, I have SSH, VNC, and Cockpit setup on my home NAS, but I have run into situations where I lose remote access because I did something stupid to the network connection or some update broke the boot process, causing it to get stuck in the BIOS or bootloader....

Hello selfhosters, I’ve been using different remote desktop apps to support few friends and family members with their Windows or Linux desktop machines. Sometimes I also use phone (Android) when I’m away from home....

Serves mainly as a NAS, but also as the host for Plex, HomeAssistant and some other stuff.

I’m looking for a google calendar replacement that isn’t nextcloud, has a descent mobile app with widgets, and authentication built in. I’ve seen plenty of recommendations via search but i’d like to hear what you personally use and what you like about it.

I saw a mention of Wiki.js today and I looked at the landscape of wiki software. There’s plenty to choose from. What do you host?...

I currently have a hodgepodge of solutions for my hosting needs. I play ttrpgs online, so have two FoundryVTT servers hosted on a pi. Then I have a second pi that is hosting Home Assistant. I then also have a synology device that is my NAS and hosts my Plex server....

I have self hosted immich on Debian on my homelab. I have also setup tailscale to be able to access it outside my home....

Like the title says. I installed a GPU, everything posts and boots fine. The lights on the Ethernet port are lit up and will stay lit up indefinitely (I assume) if I leave it at the kernel select screen....
