That’s what I’m saying though, (as an American) if your baseline grocery budget is greater than the McD ‘value meal’, then you’re likely just allotting your funds poorly.
The avg “$1 menu” item can be bought from your local grocer/butcher for as much as 1/4 price before seasoning. If you’re “going to McD for savings” then you’re the exact reason the world has the problems that it has.

It is usual for endorsements to be exclusive but that condition is not a requirement. There are good reasons to criticize that bloated party clown. This is not one of them.
There’s nothing about “complete” or “total” that implies exclusivity. Even a broken clock is right twice a day, he was bound to stumble into a logically consistent position eventually.
You are specifically choosing things that are not mutually exclusive in these contrived examples, come on.

What kind of doctor would allow prosthetic makeup on an open head wound? That’s asking for an infection and I don’t think a makeup artist would even agree to do it.
What an understatement. “Cruel and dangerous” barely scratches the surface of how abominable Israel’s “war” in Gaza has been. Genocide deserves to be labeled a lot more strongly than “cruel and dangerous”. Calling this “cruel and dangerous” belittles the atrocities and only serves to aid Israel.
