The conservative injustices of the Supreme Court recently declared that anything the president does that is an “official act” (to be determined by them) cannot be prosecuted. They waited to do so until the last minute in a blatant effort to help Donald Trump, who appointed three of them, avoid prosecution. We’re way past “oh, Republicans being corrupt is just a joke, ha ha.” It’s the fucking reality we live in now, and it should make you feel furious, not defeated.

They won’t allow us to regulate them, and have each killed hundreds of millions of us so far. I believe the phrase is believe someone when they tell you who they are, these people are unrepentant murderers, thieves, and environmental terrorists at an unprecedented level. They woke up and chose violence, we can only choose self defense at this point.

It used to be, though from the 80s or so onwards, pet food companies started doing research into the nutritional needs of household animals and making food that was formulated more precisely than “whatever was on the abattoir floor”. They now have breed-specific dog foods and foods for cats with kidney issues and so on.

Idk if this is true but felt like Twitter was one of the top places / most desirable places to work, you got to solve high scale, highly visible problems to help people communicate along with the standard silicon valley amenities. It’s because the person that owns AccuWeather has been lobbying since Trump’s first term to close NOAA and give his company a monopoly on it. Selling forecasts, data and access back to everyone while using resources paid for by taxpayers.
If he is so guilty why does he have to voluntarily release his seat rather than be kicked out? Sounds like trumpitis is endemic to the entire political cadre
