Admittedly, the last time I tried it was maybe 5 years ago. I used ubuntu (can’t remember which distro) but I recall having to fiddle a lot with drivers and WINE. Is the scenario still the same today?...
Im trying to install a game through Lutris using the game’s installer and I keep coming across the same error that I can’t really find much information on. It seems to be an issue with dotnet itself or the actual game installer and not WINE though, so I am unsure how to proceed....
SF6 runs like a charm on the steam deck so I figured it would run fine on my desktop with Pop_OS. It doesn’t seem to launch at all, nothing happens when I click the launch button....
My son is turning 9 and has been using his computer more and more. he has my old System76 wild dog from 2010, which is a great computer, but is way past the end of its life. He mostly plays minecraft and browser games, though he is doing more artistic stuff in gimp and even a bit of cad for our 3d printer or in blockbench....
This game has recently come to my attention and it seems to work fine on Linux for now. But apparently the developers have decided to switch from their current anti-cheat (Easy Anti-cheat) to Faceit in the future, which would make it impossible to play on official servers on Linux....
