I say give up. As much as I'd love to see another tier, I just don't think it's possible. I suppose you could convince me otherwise, but I'm very skeptical.
people haven’t switched off discord yet because they did nothing to justify switching, just like how must of us stayed on the snoo site until the api changes happened.

I have more toys now then when I was a kid…that’s part of the fun of being an adult. I can actually afford all the cool shit I couldn’t when I was a kid. Well, for me at least.
Also, minimum 5 tiers please. I’m fine with low-effort memes, but stacks of cans must always be high-effort. If it’s not in the community rules it should be.
Most of that is fizzy water with a fruit flavoring but no sweeteners, sort of ‘essence of mango.’ I do have the occasional root beer, but in general I don’t drink sweet things.
it supports it through jitsi meet i think for group chats, but 1 on 1 it seems to do something different, though it’s been a while since I tested (this is all in Element, btw)
You know, part of me is thinking that the reason reddit closed their api so suddenly was to stop apps from seamlessly switching to lemmy or other platforms. I bet some logged out users might not have even noticed if apps like these had adequate time to react.
Idk If voyager is still PWA, but they also autoplay on Liftoff,… on Connect it shows full image at least and you can tap to play it, Summit also shows the image with a play arrow. So it can be done… I have no clue how… But I had been trying like 6 lemmy apps before Sync and handling of previews, thumbnails, YT, links etc is a total mixed bag… There is at least one app that does each of the previews well, but there is no one app that does them all well 😂
