I finally found some time to figure out my meat grinder. I wanted to start simple so I figured i could try to make chicken nuggets. ended up making about 50 good-sized nuggets....

This came out really tasty! After destroying the first batch I figured out it works much better if you take out the little air flow grill plate from the bottom and just cook it directly on the pan....

In this case, the inside of the potato is mixed and mashed heavily with Gouda cheese and topped with olives, sweet corn, roasted sausage pieces, and salty pickles. Dressed with ketchup and mayo. I swap the meat out between chicken and beef, but I cook once every 8-12 days. The secret is the spicy mayo/teriyaki sauce with homemade fried rice. Oh and that jar of blueberries, that is my first attempt at basic fermentation!
It tastes osm....
Okay, so it looks like our main character eats her egg on the side, but the cookbook recipe was for the raw egg in the rice, so I did both. And of course, miso soup. Ready to start the day!
