I seem to hear from a variety of people that they struggle to fall asleep at night; but the difficult to fall asleep sounds like an evolutionary downside. Even as hunter-gatherers, being able to sleep whenever and wherever sounds like it would be an advantage....

For context, I live in Hong Kong where most people drink tap water after boiling first. Some may install water filter but may still boil the water. Very few drink bottle water unless they’re outside and too lazy to bring their own bottles....

I have some video files, stored locally, that I want to add to RD so that family can stream on Plex. I’ve created a torrent file for the videos and uploaded them along with the torrent file I created to both Google drive and Mega drive. I add the torrent to the magnet link in RD. It looks like it’s working but spins at 0%...
