I know these sovereign citizen people exist, but sometimes when I read these things, I can’t help but think somebody is just fan fic spoofing the whole thing. Like there can’t really be anybody this delusional, right?
Back when I was a young man, I loved stupid conspiracies. I thought it was like the old nosleep on Reddit. Everyone who was saying these things were in on the joke and everyone who took it seriously and complained about it was just stupid.
I learned better. I was joking but a lot of people weren’t. I realized one of my exes was a serious conspiracy theorist and not just playing along with me. It was a sad day.
Dude I know one with a law degree. Law firm I’ve consulted at for decades accidentally hired him. Favor to a friend of one of the partners. He lasted maybe three months before he committed major malpractice and quit before they could fire him?
You forgot shit like “fondor”, the poor natrium glutamate imitation from Maggi. Many cantina cooks also use gallons of Worcester sauce (pronounced “Wooster” btw, and that’s a law)
If you need to move around faster, you could see about getting a squire to follow you bashing some coconut halves together. I hear it can be quite effective, if you can get your hands on one, that is.
Readarr (works for audiobooks and ebooks, just run two instances) and MyAnonaMouse or ABTorrents, plus your favorite front end (mine is Plex + Prologue).
Lidarr can pull Spotify playlists or followed artists. Also have a look at the trash guides for setting up sonarr and radar, now there’s even a docker that auto co figures your sonarr and radar based off the latest trash guide settings
Whaaaaaat? It can? How does it work? Used to use the aur package spotify-ripper which was awesome, it used my creds and all that and pulled all the metadata from Spotify and it was awesome. I’d just cron it to run weekly against my likes playlist.
Others I’ve seen use Spotify but just pull the song file and nothing else. Does lidarr do a good job? I hate a messy metadata library.
Yeah it can import information from spotify then search for everything with your Downloader depending on if you torrent or usenet and you can set the quality that you want so it can keep upgrading your library over time as it finds better quality up to the max that you set
Personally I just use a web directory for my roms Company/Console/Game and search with ctrl and F. I can download it from a browser or wget in the terminal.
For artwork I have the steam ROM manager on deck or the emulator on desktop usually does it eg ppsspp
They think the law is magic, and that lawyers and the police are like the fae folk.
All of their rules are written down, and if you can just find the right magic words you can free yourself from the system. Cops can only arrest you if you consent, which requires you to say the special words that tell them you don’t accept their authority: you’re a sovereign citizen, not a US corporate citizen, because the police only have authority over people who agree to be bound by the rules that bind US citizens.
And the courts only have authority if you accept it, and you don’t have to if you recognize that that the flag they’re flying openly declares this court to be under a different jurisdiction, because only maritime flags have a fringe, and so the court isn’t actually a US court but a maritime court, so you can petition for a change of jurisdiction to a different court, but you have to be careful not to accept any of their authority or accidentally bind yourself to taking responsibility for the secret shell company that the US created for you that is your name spelled in ALL CAPS, otherwise you’re bound by their rules.
It’s entirely bonkers, and based on layers of not understanding the law, magical thinking, conspiratorial thinking, and being taken in by a scam.
There’s a lot of overlap. They’re not directly connected, but the types of people who are likely to write about God in all caps all over their car are also the types who might have very unorthodox opinions about how the law works.
