I think a lot of people will have a bad day. Some will swear off PC gaming altogether and switch to console, others might look towards Linux thanks to a friend or a helpful individual online, and a small minority will understand the problem and actively avoid the companies that caused the problem.
It probably won’t affect sales of the company involved too much sadly unless everyone point their fingers at the company in the news.

There’s something just slightly creepy about these bags when it’s 2 in the morning and you’re staring at a row of 5 of them. You swear you keep finding new details, and you don’t quite know if the job is just driving you insane, or if the bags are just that obnoxiously loud.
I have never seen one in person, and this photo is the first one I’ve ever seen period. It hurts my head. The aesthetic is painful. It’s information overload at its finest (or worst).
But what I understand the least is, in every one of these cases where they’ve obviously lost and are still on the line for whatever debt they were hoping to get canceled, they act as if they’ve won; complete with laughing-so-hard-I’m-crying emojis.
Crazy is crazy, but a letter saying literally, “we have no contract with you,” and “your debts are solely your’s” is being read as a win? Or are they just laughing because they think they wasted 8 months of some public servant’s life?
What’s incredible is that they think each country has failed to setup a functional government with no loopholes*. Like, I could see maybe if there was one special case where someone discovered massive cheat codes in one country. But all of them?
