Temu Ads

Every time I see a slideshow on Tik Tok, it seems like it ends with a freaking Temu ad saying some BS about how they partnered with some bigger company like Fornite or Amazon. It seems that the word is commonplace and people won’t stop using it, so an alternative to the word may be useful. But the problem with alternatives,...

Rental online prices of old movies are too high.

To rent a movie from 2005, I need to pay 4 euros. A standard with ads Netflix subscription is 5 euros or lowest tier without ads 8 euros (so 1,25x or 2x the price for unlimited access). I’ve encountered this multiple times. I’d be open to paying, but it just doesn’t add up for me. So what do I do? Sail the seven seas....
