I want to use IRC/SSH at school but both seems to be blocked. I assume they blocked all ports outside of 80 and 8080. Is there anyway to get around this? Maybe a proxy? How would I set this up?

Is it possible, and how doable is it, to have a password locked admin account and an open user account which is heavily restricted on what they can do? As in, not even browse files. Preferrably only desktop access where they can launch the apps...
