Hey there!...

I am running a degoogled phone. The Aurora Store is extremely unreliable and Google is doing everything it can to shut it down. I have been using APKMirror so far but APKPure has a larger selection of apps, and also can be used to download apps on Obtainium whereas APKMirror can only be tracked and not dowbloaded.

Are there portable wind turbines and/or solar panels I can put up in my very bright dusty back yard?

I’ve seen many people have insane setups to download things automatically and NAS’ with tens of terabytes of capacity, which i don’t understand at all....

I know this is gonna come across like FBI guy trying to out some sites, but I’m slowly raising my sails again and I’m setting up qBittorrent and choosing indexers on jacket. Am I okay with just choosing whatever is on the list for the content I’m looking for or are there sites to avoid like the plague?

It often happens that a given lemmy link didn’t match with my own login from another instance. This causes troubles to comment and participate in the thread. This is what I have learned so far. Is there a better method of doing this? Browser extension suggestions are welcome....
