When forgejo brings federation to the table will selfhost it a and switch to it but for now it’s the best.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

I heard tailscale/headscale was easier to setup, but other than that is there really a benefit over wireguard?

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

mmm will look into that

ransomwarelettuce ,

My go to used to be creating a iso with the tiny11 script, and use Titus debloat tool.

I hate to be that guy, but the used part is cause I switched to Linux, no dual boot.

I would recommended you to take a look into that, cause Windows, going down this path, ain’t getting any better.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

I meant a issues web page like bugzilla or github.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

Oh that’s is so cool !!! I have read a few O’Reilly books how did I never noticed this.

I think the POSIX standard only has one root user, however many users can have root privileges.

So it’s probably a trick question, however any user even without privilege can make create a file which others can’t, read even the root itself I think not sure though.

I know IRS or similar entities wouldn’t like, but would it be possible to establish a peer to peer service.

No fees for restorants, all extra money to dashers, and clients wouldn’t be screwed by service fees.

Honestly looks like a cool project I could look into, but what would be the legality of such services.

ransomwarelettuce ,

1° a rating system like the ones exist today however, such platform would have to systems in place to identify shitty dashers like a photo that restaurants could rely on before giving the order to said dasher.

2° a minimum fee could be established, but even so that could be indeed a problem

nsfwYou also have xfree.com which gives you twitter blue for free.

Is there any guides on rooting android, specifically tablets (lemm.ee)

Hello, I was wondering about how to root my tablet, it is a 10.1" onn surf walmart tablet, I wanted to root it, but all the guides I could find are either outdated, or the wrong model (or both!) and I’m kinda at my wits end.I have OEM unlocking and usb debugging, so i can root it i believe....

ransomwarelettuce ,

Oh I still rememberer first time I tried to root my phone, I swear I was sweating.

ransomwarelettuce ,

Yeah that and always get a soft-brick solution tested before hand.

My first softbrick was 30 min before going to college I had to show my bus tickets on my laptop, and fix the phone before my chicken mom came to my apartment because I would not awnser the phone.

ransomwarelettuce , (edited )

That’s easy to find, now gremlins is a proper way to quit, but even then it would be easy to fix with git by reverting a commit.

ransomwarelettuce ,

I been using gsudo for quite sometime, the default way to leverage privaliges in Windows is cancer, the whole shell is tbh.

ransomwarelettuce ,

Imagine NixOS with arch level’s wiki.

I for one love the NixOS concept, but I can’t phantom myself to learn it with such poor docs.

I love the concept so much that I even tried to replicate it with arch and ansible. No need to tell how that went. . .

ransomwarelettuce ,

Or simply create a dotfiles repo and symlink configs.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

One and half hour in, and damn the story telling and audio design are amazing.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

Just finished, and yeah not hard (even on hard mode) or scary but its real …

I think what is saying is that the game is brilliant but it might hit too close to home and invoke undesired feeling or memories, from loss to depression, self harm etc …

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

+1, don’t know if I would pay full price given how short is the game, but asides from that beautiful experience, dindt had the hardware to pump up the graphics like u did, but damn did I ever enjoyed the sound design.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

It’s quite short idk your backlog, but it’s only 7-8 h

ransomwarelettuce ,

I really liked awesomewm back in the day. Though everything was configured by arco Linux (arch fork), so have to idea how easy it is to get your configs up and running like in hyprland.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

Thx for the recommendations, but yeah this is just a parody wanted to see the distros people would come up with.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

As someone who actually likes NixOS have never felt so offended with something that I somewhat agree.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

Tbh when I was thinking of the title that’s what came to mind, sorry for being clickbaity haha.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

Heard of it actually, are the creator of that fork? If so, PORTUGAL CARALHO !!!

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

Gentoo has turned into an hibrid between binary-source unfortunately, so I would go for something spicier like LFS.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

Second best distro right after amogOS I can’t give him that enlightenment.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

Yeah ahaha added the edit after a while but it looks like many people took it seriously.

ransomwarelettuce OP ,

The group till recently was pretty much a cult thing, even tough they hosted large foss events associated with others groups.

I entered into a kinda of redesigning fase since now they have a budget they have to document everything.

Short awser kinda off, but not really.
