They should start his sentence in September so he’s in jail for the election.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

I think he might be trying to destroy America

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

I just did it with Linux Mint. Works great. No issues so far. Just do it.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Why merge when they can pretend to compete and work together to raise their prices?

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

I’m a Mac guy and I have a PC for gaming. I just installed Mint on my PC and it has been working great for gaming. I probably won’t need Windows ever again.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

We need new laws y’all. All these companies should be forced to collect all their e-waste as part of their products lifecycle.

If a company produces any product and the company has a market cap over $1billion, then they should be responsible for collecting and recycling all their trash.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Just make sure they can’t take any books with them.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Ok winnie the pooh, like they are going to tell you

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

You know when you’re not hungry? Eat an ice cream or 2.

Anyone can gain weight.

Are you specifically trying to just gain muscle? If so, eat lots of steak and potatoes and lift weights.

Skinny people stay skinny because they don’t eat.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

But it is rumored the bird was actually a suicidal whistleblower.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Isn’t this about securities being exchanged? and whether these crypto assets are considered securities? The Howey Test hasn’t been decided on all the crypto assets and the SEC can’t just rug pull this technology (regardless of its merits) across the board without justification. Hence why we should wait for the courts to decide.

Frankly Congress should have defined this stuff sooner to avoid this whole issue altogether, but our congress barely knows what the internet is let alone crypto.

Regardless of whether or not Crypto ends being a good/bad thing, the US can’t just put its head in the sand and pretend that crypto isn’t here to stay.

Lol the guy said it himself: “I am a researcher” doesn’t understand there is an entire other part called development that also gets government funding. He works in the field and doesn’t realize that the pharmaceuticals companies “developing” drugs also get grants and tax breaks.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Gotta pay for it somehow. Just fire everyone and pay him instead. Pretty sure he can do it all himself.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

I was in Miami International Airport two days ago and there was a direct flight to Havana Cuba. There are flights back and forth every day.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Maybe it evolved to be harmless. Maybe it used to be the poison finger and now we instinctively try to poison each other.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Potato potato

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Oh. I suppose my US bias is showing as the conservatives are basically nazis here.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Here’s an example of some of the things going on here. Conservatives may not consider themselves nazis. But nazis sure do seem think they have a lot in common with conservatives.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

I know right, yet you don’t know how bad the conservatives have gotten with their association with nazis…

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Or what? If they back down do they execute the executives in charge? This means nothing.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

We should also force all these tech companies to take in any e-waste (batteries, cables, usb drives, hard drives, plastic containers, anything) and dispose of it properly.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Wait where don’t they let you bring water? Is that even legal?

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

What are you talking about? Apple devices maintain their resale value for years.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

An claim to his idiot MAGAs that he’s somehow the victim.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Exactly. Steam provides a service to these companies (a pipeline to customers) and they don’t want to pay.

They are free to make their own, like epic, ubisoft, origin, etc. have, and I am free to continue to use Steam, which I prefer because it provides a service and it works and I feel is a superior product.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Another thing is the infrastructure that Steam provides to get the games to the users and support them costs money. If Capcom wants to build the infrastructure themselves it will cost them more. they will have to charge $100 (exaggeration) and they will only be serving Capcom games.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

When they laid off 3/4ths of my team it reduced my stress. I realized that since the company doesn’t give a shit about what we were working on, why should I?

Let the chips fall where they may, I am now remotely working for a company and planning my own business.

Also, I wish I had gotten laid off so I could get the severance.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

You can print out the license and frame it if you want.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

They aren’t tracking her. They are tracking her plane. Planes need to be tracked and the info should be public.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

I mean how is he making money? The $5 barely will cover gas. The shareholders must know! Are there ads?

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

True but by pardoning them, the next batch of insurrectionists will be a lot more bolder and violent.

“Our QC never finds any major issues, if we cut budget here, here and here we can increase EBIDTA, yada yada MOAR PROFITS since our processes are perfect anyway!”

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Are they going to teach survival training? Because at this point there isn’t much else to learn if they are thinking they can prevent it. The change is already here.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Except the issue is systemic. You have a percentage of mega wealthy who simply don’t even pay their share. A few billionaires sending a large check to the government doesn’t fix anything. They could but until we change the way we handle taxes for the wealthy, we have a systemic problem we need to fix.

Speaking out that all the rich should pay more helps (maybe) make the case that those making hella bank should pay more.

Your statement is a bit of a straw man which doesn’t actually address the fact that the mega rich aren’t paying their fair share.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Ah I see. I apologize if my comment came off as overly rude. I have heard the comment of them sending money as a reason to do nothing.

I assumed you were advocating we do nothing, which to me implies keep the taxes low on the rich and just let them send whatever they want.

I think saying that their taxes should be raised is doing something. Sending extra cash money into the giant money pit is kinda pointless until we address the military industrial complex getting the lion’s share and we start using the money more effectively.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

Always possible that you have had it and you are just asymptomatic.

monkeyslikebananas2 ,

They fixed it with software and then charged extra for the software safety feature. It wasn’t until the planes started falling out of the sky that they decided they would gracefully offer it for free.
