I’m confused by this comment. How is lightning better? I cannot think of a single advantage of lightning over USB-C. Is the c port like a few microns wider? That doesn’t seem like it would make it more difficult.

Everything uses C now. I have a lot of lightning cables, but I also have a lot of C cables.

I went to a lecture with a dude who was a government contractor at Kodak. His job for years was analyzing the Zapruder film. He literally held it in his hands. It was an interesting discussion, but there’s basically nothing inconsistent or weird about it. No splicing, no unexpected cuts, etc

So I am a part of the LGBTQ community and work in a big city in middle europe. A lot of my coworkers are religios and have a foreign background. Talk to them. Most people have some redeeming qualities. It might also help them understand you and become less bigoted, although that won’t happen overnight (google Daryl Davis for some interesting info/Ted Talks)

I don’t think that’s a valid conclusion based on your quote.

If all 70 of those laws made tiny, incremental changes, they have a small impact. If all 29 of the restrictions caused massive restrictions and reorganization of voting practices, they’d be incredibly disruptive. You can’t just look at the number of laws passed.

    Widescreen film was, for all intents and purposes, nonexistent before 1953. And that’s just Hollywood. I’d imagine it took longer to catch on in India, but I’ve only ever seen a handful of 50s Indian films… can’t remember any being widescreen.

    So there’s your first hint. Can’t be much help other than that
