If you were say, trying to get into the dating game or wanted to meet new friends.
would you disclose before hand or early on that you were autistic? (I count Self-DX but I do realize that could change the conversation)
Like I do realize allistic people can (Subconsciously) be jerks to autistic people if they perceive a difference, and I'm wondering if that would be worse if they outright KNEW you were autistic.
Please give me some input this question is eating me up inside lol
Also, I go with something I learned from Dan Savage about disclosing something "odd" or "unfavorable" about yourself while dating: You disclose one thing about you; their reaction tells you everything about them.
Pulled a ~ 600 € DeLonghi coffee maker out of the dumpster and invested about 50 € in spare parts (water tank, grounds container, and a new magnet valve). Seems like I have a new coffee machine now 😁☕
(It would have gone even faster and without a puddle on the kitchen counter if I had put in the gaskets from the start. 🤦 Ah well.)
I think they make too much money repairing complex coffee machines to make it difficult
Also unlike phones they don’t need to make them small as possible and able to survive being carried all day, so don’t have those reasons for making things tight and sealed

Probably the most comprehensive "how to think about your life" book I've ever read. The book summarizes the most sensible and pragmatic way to think about almost everything, from a western philosophical standpoint. The central skill it imparts is how to recognize and improve meaning in life. Strong recommend.
Funny story. I drove from new jersey to seattle with one stopover when i was about 23. I was too poor for motels, but took a night off driving in conestota, south dakota. It's a tiny town with one resturaunt/ bar. I was hoping to get laid, but all nine barflies were well into their 40s. I ended up tying one on with the mayor and the president of the city council. When using #Liberapay to receive donations, I'm curious what data is shared with #Stripe.
Does Stripe see the username and/or email address of the Liberapay account receiving donations?
I am hoping that Stripe cannot see this information and instead sees the ID number of the account or some other private identifier. I would like to protect my online identity from my bank and other entities that know my real-life legal identity.
I have not created a Stripe account yet, and I am curious about the process and data requirements.
What data is required to create a Stripe account for an individual for the purpose of receiving donations?
When creating a Stripe account, does Stripe require a photo ID for identity verification?
#Privacy is important to me because I'm trans and live in the USA.
I found a step-by-step youtube video for creating a Stripe account and learned that there is a requirement to pay for phone service. So I will not be able to use Liberapay anyway.
